To ensure proper order with vehicles​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'The Proper Way to Drive Act.’
(2) This Act may be numbered as P.B.00-004.
(3) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(4) This Act has been authored by Minister winterwolf.
(5) This Act has been cosponsored by Prime Minister Casualgrayknight.

2 - Reasons
(1) To ensure proper driving rules in the Kingdom of Alexandria

3 - Definitions
(1) ‘Driver’ is defined as “An individual who is in the driver's seat of a vehicle and is actively operating a vehicle”
(a) A driver is still considered a driver, even if a vehicle is out of fuel, since they would be able to control the vehicle if there was fuel.

(2) ‘Vehicle’ is defined as “A device which is designed to move according to the controls of a player”

(3) ‘Passenger’ is defined as “A player who is inside a vehicle, but cannot control a vehicle”

(4) ‘Abandoned’ in this act alone is defined as “A vehicle which does not have neither a driver nor a passenger in it, and no one is seen heading towards nor leaving the vehicle for a period of time or if the vehicle owner is offline”.

(5) A driver cannot be a passenger, and visa versa.

4 - Regulations
(1) Drivers must drive on the left side of the road.

(2) Drivers must yield to pedestrians walking on the road.

(3) Drivers must not operate a vehicle when drunk.

(4) Drivers must not operate a vehicle when using buffs.

(5) Players must obtain a Driver’s License to operate a car.

(6) Players must obtain a Pilot’s License to operate an aircraft.

(6) Drills and tractors cannot be driven in the city.

5 - Vehicle Abandonment
(1) The Ministry of Transport has the authority to tow any vehicle left abandoned
(a) The Ministry of Transport will fine the vehicle’s owner.
(i) The Minister will determine how much the player is fined.
(ii) The Ministry of Transport will provide a space for a player to pick up their vehicle.

(2) The Ministry of Transport has the authority to fine any player driving a car or flying an aircraft without their respective licenses
(a) The Minister will determine how much the player is fined.

6 - Driver’s License
(1) The Ministry of Welfare should maintain a Driver’s License Exam and a Pilot's License Exam.
