I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1.
On the 26th of April, 2025 (AEST), the Plaintiff stood upon a pathway next to c-30-lancaster-st
2. At approximately 5:19PM, the Defendant murdered the Plaintiff, causing the Plaintiff's head to drop.
3. At 5:37PM, the Defendant wore the Plaintiff's head in front of Ollie_MineCrafter and RocketLlama6, mocking the Plaintiff.
4. At 6:13PM, the Defendant once again wore the Plaintiff's head in front of Meneer_Lolo at c-9-victoria-st
5. The murder caused extreme harm, resulted in humiliation towards the Plaintiff, caused disruption and loss of enjoyment towards gameplay, as well as violated of the Alexandrian Criminal Code and Alexandrian Constitution.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1.
The facts illustrate the Defendant intentionally and unlawfully caused harm to the Plaintiff, resulting in the Plaintiff's death, in violation of §4 of the Alexandrian Criminal Code and the Plaintiff's right to life under §22 of the Alexandrian Constitution.
2. The Defendant's conduct caused harm, emotional distress, and disruption of gameplay towards the Plaintiff.
3. The Defendant's conduct was willful, and malicious, warranting punitive damages.


IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff requests the following relief:
1. Compensation for the murder, emotional stress, and disruption as determined by the Court.
2. A return of the head(s) owned by the Defendant.
3. Punitive damages to deter such outrageous conduct in the future, as determined by the Court.
4. Any additional relief that is deemed appropriate by the Court.

IN THE MAGISTRATE'S COURT OF ALEXANDRIA
WRIT OF SUMMONS
@MrCheesGuy is required to appear before the Magistrate's Court in the case of exclusiv3z v. MrCheesGuy, Case 5 (Mag. Ct., 2025)

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures (
General and
Specific), including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

COURT VERDICT IN 'exclusiv3z v. MrCheesGuy
, Case 5 (Mag. Ct., 2025)'
I. PLAINTIFF'S POSITION
- The Defendant intentionally and unlawfully caused harm to the Plaintiff, resulting in the Plaintiff's death, in violation of §4 of the Alexandrian Criminal Code and the Plaintiff's right to life under §22 of the Alexandrian Constitution.
- The Defendant's conduct caused harm, emotional distress, and disruption of gameplay towards the Plaintiff.
- The Defendant's conduct was willful and malicious, warranting punitive damages.

II. DEFENDANT'S POSITION
- The Defendant did not present any defenses, as a settlement was reached before an answer to complaint was submitted to the Court.

III. COURT OPINION
Seeing as the Plaintiff and the Defendant have come to an amicable resolution by settlement and no further disputes are raised, the case of 'exclusiv3z v. MrCheesGuy, Case 5 (Mag. Ct., 2025) is dismissed with prejudice.

The Court thanks all parties involved.
