COMPLAINT

I. PARTIES
1. Plura72 (Plaintiff)
2. Dearev (Defendant)

II. FACTS 1. On April 13, 2025, many people was killed by dearev
2. This made the players' experience worse, violating the Alexandrian Criminal Code
3. The deaths resulted in the loss of inventory items.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Facts as showed, is not only demageing me, but the whole server
2. Dearev Violated The First Law.
3. This mass murder directly resulted in deaths and subsequent property loss.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Compensation in the amount of £1000 coins for lost inventory items.

@Dearev is required to appear before the Magistrate's Court in the case of Plura72 v. Dearev, Case 3 (Mag. Ct., 2025)

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures (General and Specific), including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

Your presence as the Defendant's Legal Counsel has been acknowledged by the Court. As stated above in the reply to the Defendant, the defendant had 48 hours to provide their answer to the complaint, which is now approximately 41 hours remaining.

I. ANSWER TO COMPLAINT

1. The Defendant Dearev denies the allegations made by the Plaintiff Plura72 that he killed multiple players.
2. The Defence also denies that it would even be possible to lose items via "death".

II. DEFENCES

The Plaintiff Plura72 has not provided any evidence to prove that the Defendant Dearev was responsible for the alleged. The Plaintiff has also failed to demonstrate that the Defendant Dearev violated the Alexandrian Criminal Code or the Constitution.
The Plaintiffs claims don't even make any sense as you can't Lose items through a "death".
The Plaintiff also fails to provide any Evidence Supporting any of his claims.

Lack of Evidence

To the Magastrates Honorable Court,

The Defense respectfully moves for dismissal of the complaint in the Plura72 v. Dearev, pursuant to the grounds stated below:

1. The Plaintiff has failed to provide sufficient evidence to support their claim that the Defendant Dearev's actions caused them harm. Specifically, there is no evidence to corroborate the Plaintiff's allegations.

2. Furthermore, the Plaintiff's claim of losing inventory items due to death is contradicted by the game's mechanics. It is well-established that players do not lose items upon death.

3. In light of the above, the Plaintiff's complaint lacks a factual basis and is unsupported by evidence. Therefore, we respectfully request that this Honorable Court dismiss the complaint with prejudice.

IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT OF THE KINGDOM OF ALEXANDRIA
COURT'S DECISION ON THE ENTREATY OF DISMISSAL​

The Court has reviewed the Defendant's Entreaty of Dismissal.
The Defendant requests that the case be dismissed, asserting that the Plaintiff has failed to present sufficient evidence to support their claim for relief. The Court contends that this assertion is premature, as at this stage, discovery has not yet commenced, and there remains sufficient opportunity for the Plaintiff to present evidence to support their claims.

Therefore, the Defendant's Entreaty of Dismissal is hereby DENIED.

Discovery is now open for a period of 72 hours. Extensions may be granted if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Introduction
Good evening, Honorable Magistrate. This Amicus Curiae Brief is intended to be an impartial analysis of the law - no more and no less. Without further ado, let's get on with it.

On The Alexandrian Criminal Code
I am the author of the Alexandrian Criminal Code, and I have been keeping close tabs on it. Notably, it has not yet been signed into law by His Majesty the King, and as such, it is not the law. Any claims which invoke the Alexandrian Criminal Code should be ignored.

On Common Law
While the Alexandrian Criminal Code is not statutory law, the Constitution of Alexandria could potentially come into play. The Constitution, the very core of our Kingdom's law, establishes "the right to life, liberty, and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof" and it in turn, this could very-well produce the common law concept of murder being a crime, but perhaps it wouldn't.

The lawsuit before us today should not be dismissed on the basis of the Alexandrian Criminal Code not being passed, but should be heard on the basis of whether the Constitution establishes that it is unlawful to kill another Player or not - and this is a decision that can only be made by the Courts.
