II. FACTS
1. On April 13, 2025, I was attacked and killed by an Enderman within the territorial boundaries of Alexandria. (P-001)
2. The Ministry of Development failed to adequately light and secure public areas, leading to monster spawning.
3. This death resulted in the loss of my inventory items.
4. No warning signs were posted regarding dangerous mob spawning in the area.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Ministry of Development has a duty to maintain safe public spaces for citizens.
2. The Ministry's negligence in securing public areas constitutes a breach of this duty.
3. This negligence directly resulted in my death and subsequent property loss.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Compensation in the amount of £5000 coins for lost inventory items.
2. Implementation of improved lighting in the area where the incident occurred.
3. Posting of warning signs in areas prone to hostile mob spawning.
EVIDENCE:
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
