1. On April 19, 2025, I was insulted and made fun of for no aparent reason.

4. For the fact of the first spoiler, you may also see the sexual aimed nature of this insult/threath which is damaging to me and possibly others who just want a safe space to play Statecraft in.
5. As you can see the defendent did get perm banned.


III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Facts as showed, see that the things said by the defendent should never be allowed to be said again for the safety of the young who play the server and the other players.
2. This act aswell demonstrates as of how poelpe will do anything for no good reason at all.
3. The Facts as showed, demostrate as for the sexual things which aswell stimulates a harmfull envirorment for other players.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Compensation in the amount of £1500 for loss of enjoyment.

IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT OF ALEXANDRIA
COURT RULING on 'snow_crp v. TechnobaIde, Case 4 (Mag. Ct., 2025)'​

The Court is dismissing this case, Sua Sponte. While the Court acknowledges and thanks the Plaintiff for the detailed documentation that they have provided in the case filing, the issue of this case is that the Defendant has said things that "should never be allowed to be said again for the safety of the young who play the server and the other players" and that the statements made by the Defendant were "sexual things", where it is not within the jurisdiction of the Alexandrian judiciary, instead it is within the realm of the responsibilties of the Staff Team to manage and punish outrageously inappropriate behaviours in player interactions on StateCraft (which as shown in Fact 5, the Staff Team has taken measures in line with the Rules of Minecraft Cities Network* to punish the Defendant).

Therefore, in accordance with the reasoning above, this case is dismissed with prejudice.

The Court thanks the Plaintiff for their time.
