IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT OF THE KINGDOM OF ALEXANDRIA

CIVIL ACTION

I. Jurisdiction and Venue

  1. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to §14 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Alexandria, which grants the Magistrates Court original jurisdiction over all civil matters.
  2. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident occurred within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Kingdom of Alexandria.


II. Facts

  1. On April 19, 2025, at approximately 11:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Plaintiff PrestigeIX was present near his home at plot R-19-Lancaster-St, within Alexandria.
  2. Defendants EthanN1121 intentionally assaulted PrestigeIX with a diamond sword, causing the Plaintiff's death at approximately 11:01pm.
  3. During a following conversation taken place between their residences on public property, EthanN1121 and AgentSquid2012 intentionally assaulted PrestigeIX with diamond swords, causing the Plaintiff's death a second time at 11:26pm.
  4. Furthermore, Defendant ComplexKing further engaged in assault with another sword of unknown material, possibly diamond, prior to the Plaintiffs Second Death at 11:25pm.
  5. Upon death, the Plaintiff dropped their head, an in-game mechanic that results in Defendants possessing the Plaintiff's head item.
  6. The Plaintiff was unarmed, bearing only a fishing rod, and posed no threat or provocation to the Defendant. During
  7. This unprovoked attack and murder caused PrestigeIX significant harm, including loss of durability on Armor and severe emotional distress.


III. Defendant’s Liability

  1. Defendants had a duty, under the Alexandrian Criminal Code and the Constitution (§22), not to cause harm or death to another citizen.
  2. Defendants breached this duty by deliberately causing the death of the Plaintiff and subsequently possessing an emotionally distressing item—the Plaintiff’s head.
  3. Defendants actions were the direct and proximate cause of Plaintiff's injuries and resulting losses.


IV. Injuries and Damages

  1. As a direct result of the Defendants’ unlawful actions, the Plaintiff suffered:
  • Loss of durability on armor.
  • Severe emotional distress and anxiety related to personal safety and the distress of Defendants possessing the Plaintiff’s head.
  • Disruption and inconvenience in gameplay and enjoyment of community activities.
  1. Plaintiff seeks damages as follows:
  • Monetary relief for emotional distress and anxiety caused by the Defendants’ intentional act and their continued possession of the Plaintiff's head.
  • Punitive damages reflecting the deliberate and egregious nature of the Defendants' conduct.
  • An order from the Court requiring the Defendants to return or destroy the Plaintiff’s head to prevent further emotional distress.




V. Prayer for Relief

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff PrestigeIX respectfully requests:

  1. Damages for emotional distress and anxiety, to be determined by the Court.
  2. A return of the head(s) taken unlawfully by the Defendants.
  3. Punitive damages due to the deliberate and harmful nature of Defendant’s conduct.
  4. A formal apology from Defendant EthanN1121, AgentSquid2012, and ComplexKing for the intentional harm caused.
  5. Any additional relief the Court deems just and appropriate.

Conditional Offer:


The Plaintiff agrees to withdraw this lawsuit in its entirety if the Defendants promptly return the Plaintiff’s head items. Upon satisfactory return, the Plaintiff will immediately inform the Court of the resolution and formally request dismissal of this case without further proceedings.

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons may result in a default judgment based on the known facts of the case.

All parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures (General and Magistrates), including the option of an in-game trial should all parties request one.

Plaintiff PrestigeIX, representing myself, hereby submits this formal notice to voluntarily dismiss the above-captioned civil action without prejudice.

This Notice is submitted pursuant to standard civil procedures of the Kingdom of Alexandria. The Plaintiff affirms that the conditional terms of dismissal, as set forth in the original Complaint, have been met in full—specifically, the return of the Plaintiff's in-game head items by the named Defendants.

As such, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court:

  1. Acknowledge the fulfillment of the Plaintiff's Conditional Offer;
  2. Dismiss the case in its entirety without prejudice;
  3. Enter the case into the record as resolved.
No further relief is sought at this time.
