Appropriate Money for May 2025​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'P.B.00-022 | Alexandrian Appropriations Act - MAY 2025.'
(2) This Act shall be numbered as P.B.00-022.
(3) This Act shall be enacted at the beginning of the Fiscal Month of May 2025 or upon its signage, whichever comes later.
(4) This Act has been authored by Minister winterwolf.
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Deputy Prime Minister Real42.

2 - Reasons
(1) To appropriate money for government entities for May 2025.
(2) We need money.

3 - Notes
(1) This is an exhaustive list of all expenses.
(2) Commissions are included.
(3) All government Ministries, the Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch will receive a monthly budget.
(4) The judicial budget does not include court payouts and fines.

4 - Ministries will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:
(1) Ministry of Justice (MoJ): £8,000
(2) Ministry of Trade and Finance (MoTF): £17,000
(3) Ministry of Development (MoD): £17,000
(4) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA): £2,500
(5) Ministry of Welfare (MoW): £5,000
(6) Ministry of Internal Affairs (MoIA): £6,000

5 - Royal Reserve
(1) The King will have a discretionary fund for the purposes of appropriating to ministries as required. This reserve is set at: £3,000.

6 - Executive Reserve
(1) The Prime Minister will have a discretionary fund for the purposes of appropriating to ministries as required. This reserve is set at: £10,000.

7 - Branches and Additional Entities will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:
(1) Judiciary (JUD): £10,000
(2) Legislature (LEG): £1,000

8 - Budget Tracking
(1) Any expenditure of Alexandrian Funds over $0 is to be reported in the ⁠⁠#budget channel with a reason provided.
(2) Expenditure commands from all ministries, the Legislature, and the Judiciary sent in the ⁠budget channel will require a <reason> argument at the end of the command prior to being sent.

9 - Fiscal Accounts
(1) All Ministries — as well as the Legislature and Judiciary — shall have a Minecraft account, which shall be apportioned the monthly budget in its balance. The entities and the names of their respective account shall be:
(a) MoJ: GovJustice;
(b) MoTF: GovCommerce;
(c) MoD: GovDevelop;
(d) MoFA: GovForeign;
(e) MoW: GovEducation;
(f) MoIA: GovInterior;
(g) JUD: SCGovernment;
(i) LEG: SCGovernment;


10 - Amendments
(1) This Act may be amended during the Fiscal Month of May 2025 to increase or add money to any entity.
