Amend the Alexandrian Criminal Code​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Crime Changes Act’
(2) This Act shall be numbered as P.B.00-017.
(3) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(4) This Act has been authored by Deputy Prime Minister TheReal42Person.
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Minister Dr_Eksplosive.

2 - Reasons
(1) Castle Doctrine is important so that players can defend their homes against violent trespassers and other unwanted guests.
(2) Smuggling buffs from another nation should be illegal.
(3) The Illegal Immigration definition doesn’t work with the Immigration & Citizenship Act. Additionally, it is not possible for the government to have a player “Sent to Redmont”.

3 - Section 3 “Legal Principles and Processes” shall be amended as follows:
‘(11) Castle Doctrine

(a) Given one warning, any player trespassing on another citizen’s residential property is allowed to be killed on sight.’​

4 - Section 6.1 “Illicit Item Offenses” shall be amended as follows:
‘(d) Smuggling (Misdemeanor)
(i) Definition: The act of transporting illicit items into or out of the borders of Alexandria.
(ii) Minimum Punishment: £500 Fine + 5 Minutes in Jail
(iii) Maximum Punishment: £2,500 Fine + 30 Minutes in Jail’

5 - Section 10 “Property Offenses” shall be amended as follows:
‘(f) Illegal Immigration (Misdemeanor)
(i) Definition: The act of entering or remaining in the Kingdom of Alexandria without citizenship or current tourist papers.
(ii) Minimum Punishment: £100 Fine + Sent to Redmont
(iii) Maximum Punishment: £1,000 Fine + Sent to Redmont’
