Do you meet the requirements listed on the application guide?: Yes

Why do you want this position? The great English jurist, William Blackstone, once said, "That the king can do no wrong, is a necessary and fundamental principle of the ... constitution." Naturally, Blackstone does not literally mean that any given monarch is infallible in all their actions, but rather, he conveys an essential truth about the role of the Crown as an institution in a just society. While elected governments represent the whims of the public at any given time and are inherently ephemeral, the monarchy is the living embodiment of the nation, her people, and their cultures. When we in Alexandria appeal for justice in the courts, we do so not to Parliament but the Crown and her prosecutors. In this sense, being a member of the prosecution is not simply a government job. It represents a sacred duty of defending the integrity of the Crown and, by extension, her people through an unwavering commitment to the fair exercise of the law. To be tasked with such a task would be my solemn honor.

What skills do you have that will be useful for this position? At a broad level, I prioritize delivering excellent work. To do so, I draw from a wide-ranging background ranging from journalism and debate to data scientific research and economics (I currently study Mathematical Economics at an Ivy League school). More concretely, my background includes a number of legal studies courses that would help me in my prosecutorial role.

Additional Information (optional): I am currently an Attorney in the Republic of Redmont, specializing in contract law.
