Why are you suited for this position?: I believe I am well-suited for the role of Auditor due to my attention to detail, ability to remain impartial, and my strong communication and organisational skills. My previous roles have required precision, accountability, and an understanding of bureaucratic structures, which are all essential qualities for an Auditor. My work as a clerk and as Press Assistant have familiarised me with documentation, evidence handling, and clear communication, and I am confident these skills will translate well to auditing tasks. I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I’m eager to contribute meaningfully to the department’s goals. I am also committed to upholding transparency and fairness in all systems I engage with, and I enjoy reviewing processes to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently.
Why do you wish to become an auditor?: I’m interested in the Auditor position because I enjoy roles that involve investigative work, oversight, and maintaining integrity within systems. The opportunity to help ensure that server laws and practices are being followed correctly appeals to my sense of fairness and responsibility. I also see this as a chance to immerse myself in the civic aspect of SC, contribute to its growth, and collaborate with other dedicated players during its infancy.

Why are you suited for this position?
I believe to be a clear communicator and highly organized, especially when it comes to matters such as these. I am confident in my ability to remain impartial and to analyze information fairly, always paying real close attention to detail. Given the nature of the work, I will also say that I am familiar and comfortable with any necessary compartmentalization of information gathered. I will approach the position as cautiously as it merits given the inherent sensitivity involved. I have experience with this sort of work through holding the same role in DemocracyCraft so I believe I'm well prepared to bring what I have learned there and apply what is relevant here.
Why do you wish to become an auditor?
On the practical side of things, I just really enjoy data collection and document compilation in general. It can be a very tedious task which is boring to many but I do enjoy the process. Personally I think it is a very important job to execute. I wish to assist in the improvement of the overall efficiency and quality of the Ministries since this ultimately affects all citizens and their enjoyment of the StateCraft experience. This is particularly exciting given that this is the inception of this new server and Kingdom - so I would love to do my absolute best to help in setting a very solid foundation for the Ministry to build up on in the future.

I have an eye for detail, a friendly attitude, a knack for de-escalation and combined with my relevant work experience of policy review and review of security events i think i would be a really valuable asset.
Why do you wish to become an auditor?
After reviewing the job description I feel an auditor has a great duty and responsibility to the people they service. When an auditor performs either poorly or maliciously the greatest harm can be done, auditors are there to trust but verify. If no one watches the watchers, power goes rampant, i want to ensure that doesn't happen during my time here.

I work in the Infosec space IRL and perform audits, reviews to verify configurations and policy compliance. I have performed audits as part of construction contracts to ensure deliverables IRL truing up the quoted materials and the realized materials. I also moderate multiple discords (with the lightest touch possible, due to the communities) and have a lot of experience in doing those duties.
No in network job experience but I'm a quick learner with exposure to auditing concepts. Currently dealing with an NCUA audit at work
Any additional information?
This would be my first government job. I understand the level of trust involved in classified materials. Every dataset i would be working with would be treated in this manner. I have experience in dealing with chain of custody and dealing with multiple levels of confidentiality both with intended access and discovered access. I design Security Awareness Training at work and i think this skillset is a valuable addition to the team!
